Every week after therapy, I’m going to write a reflection for on what we talked about. Or at least what I remember. I think this will help me in remembering the session better, but hopefully can also offer value to those of you who follow me. Because this is genuinely what I discussed in therapy, I’m going to put it behind a paywall as this is much more personal than what I post online normally.
